is there a computer program that writes your music like in sheet music form while you're playing it?I'm going to be getting a keyboard that can hook to the computer and am wondering how else to use it connected to the computer.

I don't know one that writes WHILE you play, but several that can write WHAT you played.
Cubase does as does Sonar, I believe. Many programs do, using MIDI. There's even a fairly cheap program that's pretty cool by Voyetra called Record Producer that does it.
Go to a music store (at a slow time of day) and check some programs out. Make certain that the store has a good Computer Music/MIDI department.
