ZUNE music player problem!?

So I got a Zune 2 months ago. I had SO many problems trying to get music to sync, but finally it started working like a week ago. But now my words don't come out clear, they are 10 times softer then the background music, and the music skips a beat and sounds all weird and its twitching! I switched head phones, and thats not the problem!

Any help? i'm desperate!!!!

Try resetting it and or formatting it =

zune reset - Hold the "Back" and "Up" buttons together until the screen turns black (two to five seconds).

To format = Plug in your mp3* Go to start* Go to my computer* Right click you mp3 and choose format* save music/video to your PC before formatting*

Maybe you can try calling in for tech. halp or exchange it is you have the warranty
