Learn music composing in Bedford, England?

Is it possible to learn how to compose music part-time with doing A levels?

I really want to learn music composing but i dont know where to go for it, and i also dont know if there are any music courses anywhere alse in Bedford apart from Bedford College.

Any suggestions?
