How to mix music?

i need to know how to mix music. not having one song start and another begin a little bit after but where you the music of one song playing while there is lyrics from another song to the music of the first song.

example: you have the music/beat of-this is why im hot and the lyrics of-stuntin like my daddy playing at the same time.
