well i was having problems with my comp so what i did was i ran this program it fixed my comp but deleted all my files and i had to log back in to itunes but i was missing the music vids shows movies and music i out my nano into the comp to charge it i got my music back but the rest of my stuff didnt come back what do i do??? please help me

Well do you have the video stored on another iPod?
If so select and copy what you have on your iPod with iDump, it's free and does it's job well.
